None! You would be the first. This house has previously only been a primary residence for the owners.
Why is such a great house for rent?
A change in work situation has necessitated more space for our family, and since we weren't willing to get rid of any of the kids (4), moving was the next option.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No. You are responsible for your own utilities, internet, telephone, etc.
Do you allow pets?
Pets have never lived in this house, so it is pet-dander free if that is important to your family. However, if you are a pet lover, small pets may be considered. Just note that the backyard is not fully fenced, so the property is not suitable for most dog owners. Sorry.
